breadsay
cowsay, but it's bread now.
A tiny command-line tool that puts your message in a speech bubble next to a slice of ASCII art bread. That's the whole pitch.

Pipe anything into it, or pass a message directly, and breadsay wraps it in a bubble pointing at a loaf. It does exactly one thing, and it does it fast, with no dependencies to install first.
./install.sh
breadsay "hello, world"
Same family, same idea
breadsay is the sibling project to breadfetch: both are small C++ tools built with an eye toward Carbon, Google's experimental C++ successor, using the same reference-implementation-plus-C++-interop structure. If one sits on your dotfiles, the other probably should too.
